We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located B&B in Rome. The hosts, Lilly and Barbara, were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The location was great, as it was within walking distance of Termini Train Station and popular attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We also appreciated having a supermarket and restaurants on the same street. we highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome.

Very near to Spagna and Spanish Steps. Quiet location. Friendly stuff. Very clean. Good value for money.
Common entrance with offices of the same building. Bad sound proofing of the rooms. Standard breakfast, served only in the room

Great staff that made the experience of Venice that much more special. A great location away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco. A great retreat for relaxation and walking around the island seeing the beautiful buildings. The airconditioning in the room was wonderful because Venice was quite hot.
There is nothing to complain about except that maybe their showers are quite small and do not allow for partners to shower together.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at this B&B. The staff treated us like family, ensuring that we had everything we needed and offering helpful advice for exploring the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the tiled bathrooms added a touch of classic elegance. The breakfast in bed option was a fantastic way to start the day and added a luxurious touch to our stay.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

mosquitos! totally got attacked my mosquitos- ugh!!! 4th floor location with multiple keys for doors, misleading airport shuttle service was not included in price but rather extra 50euros

Location is just perfect, the room was very clean and the stuff very friendly and polite. The way they serve the breakfast is very romantic. There is a bus station, a supermarket and a police station outside the hotel, the neighborhood is excellent. Everything was great!
We would prefer a bit larger bed

The rooms were very charming and clean, the staff very personal, accommodating and friendly, beautiful area of the city (although a bit removed from major sites, its great if you are up for lots of walking).
Just make sure to keep the windows closed because the mosquitos come in at dusk!

The employees were all very friendly! Ask for a city map. Everything was clean. It's located in what seems to be a very good neighborhood, very safe, there’s a police station and a supermarket in the same street and taxis nearby. We only took the metro twice and everything else we visited by foot.
Our room was quite small and the window is facing a patio so it feels even smaller. Breakfast in the room is good but it would be nice if you had more than a desk and a chair to eat it. A bit expensive for what it is, not exactly what I would call a “luxury guest house”.

The room, even though simple and not very big, was very clean and stylish, with brand new furnishing. The guest house was very quiet and the staff extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was served in the room and was really good with bread, honey and marmalade and various croissants. Best of all though was the location: a block away from via Veneto. It was really central, in a classy neighborhood but away from all the busy streets from the tourists. There were a lot of restaurants near by, a supermarket next door and a police station as well, so it was really safe to come back at night. Would definately go back and recommend it to others.
The only problem was a bad odour coming from the bathroom drains. Other than that the bathroom was impeccably clean.

Warm Welcome and Great Location Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the staff who provided us with a map of the city and pointed out popular restaurants and attractions. the hotel's location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to most attractions. we appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby. Our room was also comfortable and clean.
Poor Arrival Experience Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not ideal. Our airport car service was disorganized, and the driver was rude.

Everything is brand-new and the guest house facilities were very nice and pleasant. It is very close to Via Veneto, which makes this an excellent choice if you want to stay at a quiet place without having to worry about city-center noise. Excellent choice for a few days.Breakfast (very nice!) is served in the room since there is no separate lunch area.
I did not need to use it during my stay, but I think the guest house does not have internet connection (not 100% sure).

The staff were very polite and attending, the room was big and comfy and had everything, breakfast was really good too and served to the room at the time you wanted. Also, the location is excellent!
It's not a real hotel, it's a floor of rooms in a very big, old building that has been/ is currently being renovated. There was no disturbance or anything wrong with that, it just felt a bit weird. Also, there is noone at the reception after 21:00, so that feels a bit unsafe (especially in case of an emergency and if you don't speak a word of italian). Lastly, it was a bit difficult finding the hotel, as there is no sign on the street and you literally have to look at the doorbells.
